Raluca Stratulat
Violinist Raluca Stratulat was born in Bucharest in 1980. She graduated the National University of Music Bucharest, then she attended Master Classes with Gerhard Hamann, Alexandru Gavrilovici, Şerban Lupu, Monte Belknap, Ladislau Csendes, Wolfgang Klos. She colaborated with orchestras such as Orchestra Internazionale Giovanile da Camera, Philharmonie Junge Donau and the George Enescu National Philharmonic Orchestra. She participated in various music festivals, including the Dinu Lipatti Music Festival, Young People and The Music Festival, Shumsky Musicfest, International New Music Week (Bucharest 2012), Baroque Week (Bucharest 2012). As a violonist, she won several national and international awards.
She performed in concerts and recitals in Romania, Greece, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Italy and The United States of America. She currently teaches chamber music at the George Enescu National College in Bucharest since 2005. One of the most appreciated new music performers and promoters in Romania, Raluca Stratulat is also a member of the SonoMania ensemble.
