A brand new festival dedicated to contemporary music is launching this October in the lovely Timisoara, conceived and created by two talented young Romanian composers, Gabriel Almasi and Gabriel Malancioiu, with the help of The West University of Timisoara, the Faculty of Music and Theater.
Timsonia International Festival of Contemporary Music is dedicated to the young generations – a very welcome initiative! – and will take place between October 25-28 in Timisoara. The festival will host 4 concerts and 4 lecture sessions, with guests from Romania but also Austria, Italy, Sweden, Hungary, Germany and South Korea.
